Why this programme

Many organisations aspire to create meaningful social impact, yet struggle to connect their vision with practical action. Too often, strategic plans focus on activities rather than outcomes, or become static planning documents that fail to guide real-world decisions.

This highly experiential workshop introduces participants to ThinkPlace's Strategic Design for Theory of Change—a human-centred approach that combines systems thinking, strategic facilitation and co-design to help organisations design meaningful pathways for change.

Rather than treating Theory of Change as an academic exercise, participants will learn how to understand the system they seek to influence, identify the people who matter most, design strategic pathways towards impact, and build a practical roadmap for implementation.

By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with a draft Strategic Theory of Change for their own challenge, together with practical tools that can be applied across programmes, policies and organisational transformation initiatives.
