Jervenne is a Human-Centered Design expert with a background in Industrial Design, specialising in crafting user-centric solutions that address complex challenges. She is driven by a passion for understanding human behaviour and creating meaningful experiences through research, design, and innovation. With expertise spanning strategy design, design research, UI/UX, prototyping, and behaviour change, she has worked alongside a diverse range of clients in Singapore and in Southeast Asia, including government bodies, NGOs, and international organizations such as UNICEF, Breakthrough Action, and the World Bank. She has also developed design thinking frameworks and prototyped coaching materials for public organizations looking to enhance their service delivery. She is particularly passionate about design’s role as an advocate for vulnerable communities, applying her skills to projects that promote accessibility and inclusion. Through her work, Jervenne combines her design expertise with a deep commitment to social change, creating solutions that empower individuals and organizations to build more inclusive, innovative, and meaningful futures.
